The Company has been active since the 1970s under the chairmanship of Francesco Casoli. Over 3000 employees play their part in helping us produce about 17 million items a year between hoods and electric motors. Our production platform centres around five countries including Italy, Poland, Mexico, India and China and makes us the outright leaders in the world in the sector of hoods and among the leaders in Europe in the design, production and distribution of electric motors for hoods and heating system boilers.
We are currently in the process of recruiting a candidate to cover a position of Senior UX/UI Graphic Designer.
THE IMPACT: S/He leads design decisions and contributes to the evolution of the user experience for Elica’s digital products, transforming user insights, functional requirements, and brand values into measurable design choices.
MAIN ACTIVITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Lead the UX/UI design decisions for the Brand’s digital products;

Translate user needs and behaviors, product requirements, and the Brand’s essence into design solutions;

Design user flows, information architectures, and firmware interfaces;

Create development-ready UI layouts, applying and evolving the UI kit;

Ensure usability, accessibility, and cross-device consistency;

Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, providing rationale for design decisions;

Contribute to fostering UX culture within the team.
- At least Degree in Industrial Design or similar;
-
Full Professional working proficiency in both Italian and English are a must have;

Excellent knowledge of UX methodologies and user-centered design;

Proven experience in creation of Responsive design and knowledge of Advanced prototyping;

Excellent knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite;
-
Previous experience in managing teams;
-
At least 5 of experience in product design;

Problem Solving, Time Management and Team Working will complete the profile.
Compensation & Benefits
The role offers a Level B3 classification, with a base gross annual salary starting from € 36.907, in line with the CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria collective agreement.
