You will ensure the management, security, and governance of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, enabling digital collaboration and the protection of corporate identities and data, including the management of transitions toward standalone environments.

Ensure availability, performance, and reliability of Microsoft 365 services

Govern digital identities and access management (IAM)

Ensure security, compliance, and data protection

Support the adoption and effective use of collaboration tools

Implement governance models and lifecycle management for collaborative platforms

Support identity migration and separation activities in transformation scenarios

Manage the M365 tenant: users, groups, roles, and licenses

Configure and administer Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive

Manage identities and access through Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD)

Implement security policies (MFA, Conditional Access, Identity Protection)

Configure compliance tools (Microsoft Purview, DLP, retention policies)

Monitor services and resolve incidents and operational issues

Automate tasks using PowerShell and Power Platform

Define and manage governance (naming conventions, Teams/SharePoint lifecycle, access management)

Support user adoption and enablement initiatives for collaboration tools
Key requirements

At least 10 years of proven experience

Knoweldge of Microsoft 365 suite (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)

Knoweldge of Microsoft Entra ID (IAM, Conditional Access, identity governance)

Knoweldge of Microsoft 365 security (Defender for Office 365, Microsoft Purview)

Knoweldge of Monitoring and management of Microsoft cloud services

Knoweldge of Microsoft 365 governance and adoption models
Preferential requirements

Knoweldge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
Education: Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or similar.
Language skills: Fluent knowledge of written and spoken Italian and English are required.
