POSITION – HR Digital Tools Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic HR Digital Tools Specialist to join our HR Team in Mestrino (PD). In this role, you will oversee the development, day-to-day operational maintenance, and first/second-level support of our HR systems. You will ensure seamless process execution, data accuracy and an optimal user experience across all HR platforms.

What you will do

Perform routine maintenance and configurations on Talentia HCM modules (e.g., master data management, workflows, roles/users, training courses, and performance processes);
Contribute to the implementation and rollout of new functionalities;
Ensure HR data quality and integrity through periodic audits, data cleansing activities, and ongoing monitoring;
Create, update, and optimize reports based on HR and management requirements;
Monitor and troubleshoot integrations between the HRIS and other business systems (e.g., payroll, Active Directory, expense management platforms);
Provide support to HR users and employees regarding system usage and functionality;
Maintain updated documentation on system configurations and HR processes.

WHO you are

Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field;
At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within a structured organizational environment;
Good knowledge of the Talentia HCM system is considered a plus;
Understand of core HR processes is considered a plus;
Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a problem-solving attitude;
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Proactive attitude, with a strong focus on supporting employees and HR users in the effective use of HR digital tools.

Target Hiring Range

Total compensation package in the range between €38,000 and €45,000 gross per year

DAB pay ranges for a job are based on the location specific market of similar jobs, according to third-parties salary benchmark surveys. Individual salary within that range, could vary for several reasons, including skills, capabilities, experience.
