Role
For placement within the Construction Management / Site Supervision Division, for the Milan and Rome offices, we are looking for a Site Manager / Assistant Site Manager (Direttore Lavori / Assistant Direttore Lavori) to manage construction sites with project values of approximately €5 million, related to large-scale buildings, both new constructions and refurbishments (Office, Commercial, Residential, Healthcare, Industrial, and Hospitality sectors).
The projects are mainly located in Lombardy, as well as in other regions across Italy.
Technical Requirements
At least 8 years of experience as Site Manager or Assistant Site Manager on comparable projects;
Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture;
Qualification as Safety Coordinator pursuant to Legislative Decree 81/08;
Proficient use of software such as AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit is considered a plus;
Experience in Project Management;
Knowledge of the English language and qualification as Fire Safety Expert are considered an advantage
