In ambito Control Room, la figura ricercata - che dovrà operare in turnazione 24/7 - deve garantire il presidio in tempo reale dell’allarmistica al fine di ottemperare tempestivamente all’escalation e/o a tutti agli interventi necessari ad assicurare il ripristino e la continuità nell’erogazione dei servizi.
Possibile - alternato a presenza on-site, secondo la turnazione assegnata.
- Presidio e processi di gestione console di monitoraggio reti, sistemi e applicazioni;
- Troubleshooting, gestione Incidenti e Change Management;
- Gestione e monitoraggio processi di chiusura concorsi giochi.
- Spiccate capacità di team working e problem solving;
- Buona comunicazione verso clienti interni ed esterni;
- Ottimo inglese parlato e scritto;
- Strumenti MS Office;
- Strumenti di monitoraggio.
Esperienza Professionale / Seniority:
Costituisce titolo preferenziale esperienza pregressa in ambito monitoraggi / risoluzione guasti / disservizi e troubleshooting, effettuata in turnazioni H24 7X7.

This information reflects Brightstar Lottery’s good-faith estimate of compensation for this position at the time of publication. Actual compensation will be determined in accordance with the applicable collective agreement and internal compensation policies. Factors that we consider include, but are not limited to, role, career level, performance, skills, level of expertise, experience, location, market competitiveness, and internal equity. The estimated starting compensation range is €27,775 – €33,237. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

This position is governed by collective bargaining agreement, which regulates the main terms and conditions of employment, including minimum salary levels, classification, working hours, leave, and other employment rights.
