Job Description
The selected candidate will be part of the Human Resources Department and he will be responsible for managing all payroll and administrative activities for our Italian workforce, ensuring accuracy and compliance with current regulations.
Activities
- Manage employee master data and all documentation related to employment relationships (hiring, transformation, termination), as well as accessory or supplementary documentation for the Italian scope.
- Collect variable personnel data related to attendance tracking, absences, overtime, and holiday plans; process payslips; and ensure periodic reconciliation.
- Perform formal communications required by current regulations to public and local entities (INPS, INAIL, etc.), collaborating with service providers and professional firms.
- Collaborate with the HR department on new hires, variations, deadlines, and terminations.
- Oversee administrative activities related to payslips and labor law (deductions, salaries, contracts, TFR, pension funds, procedures and policies, etc.).
- Manage fiscal and accounting administrative compliance related to employment relationships (compilation of the Single Labor Book, preparation of F24 forms, Uniemens, accounting notes, self-settlement, CUD, 770, travel expenses, reimbursements, health insurance, fund activation), collaborating with an external professional firm.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics, or a Master's in HR Management or Labor Law.
- A minimum of 4 years of previous experience in payroll management.
- Experience in a payroll consulting firm is preferred.
- Proficiency in English is required, knowledge of a third language will be considered a significant plus.
- Knowledge of Zucchetti and SAP SuccessFactors will be considered as a plus
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Confidentiality, accuracy and speed in carrying out daily activities
- Predisposition for critical analysis and problem solving
- Attitude to work with quantitative data
