As part of the Pre- & Post-Sales team, you will support customers in leveraging Zuken software solutions by understanding their requirements, delivering technical demonstrations, and ensuring successful implementation. You will work across industries such as transportation, machinery, aerospace, and cable manufacturing, helping integrate engineering tools into complex environments. Your goal is to drive customer success, ensure smooth solution adoption, and contribute to business growth through strong technical expertise and customer engagement.
To strengthen our team in Italy (Assago, near Milan), we are looking for someone to join us full-time as
Pre- & Post Sales Consultant (f/m/d)
Your tasks:
Support pre-sales activities incl. demos, presentations & PoCs
Analyze customer requirements and propose tailored solutions using Zuken software portfolio
Contribute to proposals and technical concepts
Install, configure, and support software solutions
Deliver customer training (on-site and remote)
Provide technical support and troubleshooting
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, support, R&D) to meet customer needs
Support integration of Zuken solutions into customer IT environments (e.g., PDM/PLM/ERP)
Build strong customer relationships and act as a trusted technical advisor
Gather customer feedback and support continuous product improvement
Your qualifications:
Degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Experience in a technical role (e.g. Application Engineer, Technical Support, Design Engineer)
Understanding of electrical engineering processes (schematics, wiring, harness design is a plus)
Familiarity with CAD/CAE tools
Ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions
Good communication and presentation skills in Italian and English
Ability to manage multiple activities and priorities
Willingness to travel (mainly in Italy and international)
Basic experience with scripting or programming languages (e.g., Visual Basic, Python) for automation and integration purposes
Understanding of API-based integrations and/or the use of COM interfaces
Experience with PDM/PLM and ERP systems (e.g. SAP S/4HANA, Siemens Teamcenter, Windchill, Aras) is a plus
