You will play a crucial role in realizing our growth ambitions in Italy. Together with the Country Marketing Manager New Markets, you are the driving force behind the planning, implementation and execution of the overall Italian marketing strategy and execution. You’ll build campaigns that people remember, create stories that resonate, and bring customer and market insights to life. Your work will directly empower Sales, elevate our brand and fuel our growth in one of Europe’s most exciting markets through lead generation programs, continuous attention to brand visibility and providing local customer and market insights. Because online performance is so important, you will actively participate in sales and marketing operations and therefore this role has a strategic, a tactical and an operational dimension. You are able to story tell in excellent Italian language, verbally and in writing - to cover all aspects of content development.

Your Responsibilities
Translate the global marketing strategy into impactful local actions - from brand to lead generation within defined online and offline channels - in close cooperation with the Sales Team.
Develop, implement and refine the Italian marketing strategy and associated budgets & KPIs, together with the Country Marketing Manager New Markets.
Develop, implement, adjust and analyse digital marketing campaigns arising from the commercial calendar
Enrich marketing campaigns with compelling Italian content creation: brochures, flyers, blogs, customer stories, videos, social posts - content that makes people feel engaged with BauWatch.
Own our Italian social channels and tell the BauWatch story in a way that fits the Italian market.
Support and coordinate events such as trade fairs, conferences, demo days and road shows across Italy.
Deploy all Italian marketing information systems, including CMS, tooling for email marketing & marketing automation, customer review tooling, web analytics, Google Datastudio and online advertising systems.
Run local research on customers, trends and competition and turn insights into action across the customer journey.
Contribute to cross-departmental projects based on subject expertise.
Continuously follow developments in the marketing field and proactively sharing with other team members.
Manage agencies and partners with clear direction and high standards.
Share best practices, proactively working together to achieve goals with MT, Group Marketing Officer and other BauWatch functions.
Work closely with the entire Marketing Team and the Italian Sales Team, share ideas, challenge each other and push quality forward.
Your Technical Responsibilities
Build, run and optimize digital marketing campaigns from our commercial calendar through profound data analysis. Track performance, analyse results and proactively propose improvements.
Use tools and platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Data Studio, SemRush, Mailchimp, etc.) to turn data into decisions.
Ensure a high-quality execution of all design, communication and content activities -online and offline.
