As Operations Supervisors, you will be responsible for:
Making sure that all team members follow the safety rules (HSE) acting as Person in Charge (Preposto as per D.Lgs. 81/08)
Promoting a culture of Perfect Day and Stop Work Authority
Support Operations Leader in the organization of talks on HSE issues, Quality, Compliance and improvement initiatives (i.e. Ideas and Concerns)
Verifying the completeness and the correctness of the documents (cycles, test plan, drawings) and engage, if necessary, the relevant Support Function
Collaborating with quality inspections on resolution of Nonconformity
Making sure that the tools and equipment are available and properly used at each workstation
Enabling operators’ activities with expertise and facilitate technical discussion with Manufacturing Engineering and Engineering Department; Ensure consistent and effective shift-to-shift transition
Supporting line performance KPIs guarantying line accounting (i.e. DL hours, Inefficiencies, OEE performance, OTD…)
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or Technical Diploma with at least 5 years of relevant expertise
Fluency in Italian and English, with strong oral and written communication skills and superior listening skills.
High-energy, self-motivated, willing to take on responsibilities across functions and teams boundaries.
Availability of working in shifts and in weekends, if required.
Interpersonal and facilitation skills with the ability to influence others.
HSE Person in Charge (Preposto as per D.Lgs. 81/08) qualifications will be considered as a plus.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
