Business–Technology Alignment: Translate strategic business objectives into detailed User Stories and Acceptance Criteria for Agile delivery teams. Ensure squads understand the business rationale behind each requirement and support them throughout refinement, development, and testing phases.
Integration & Systems Requirements: Define and manage requirements for integrations with third‑party providers such as secure payment processors, identity and age‑verification platforms, and Brightstar’s retail-focused systems. Ensure integrations meet performance, security, and compliance standards.

Analytical & Visualisation Skills: Proficiency across MS Office tools, Visio, and digital whiteboarding or wireframing applications such as Figma, Miro, or equivalent platforms.
