As a Junior Customer Success Manager for our close-knit Italian team, you'll play a pivotal role in helping our clients manage, optimize, and scale their creator and partnership campaigns during an exciting phase of regional growth. Reporting directly to our incoming Customer Success Director, you will be the driving force in pioneering and expanding the creator side of our business in Italy, helping our clients transition from early-stage programs to fully realized, high-impact creator portfolios. This is a high-visibility, collaborative opportunity for a proactive relationship-builder who wants to gain deep, hands-on expertise in the creator economy, wear multiple hats, and make a tangible impact on a fast-growing market.
- Manage and scale creator campaigns by developing performance-led strategies, defining brand-aligned casting, and guiding content creation to ensure highly relevant and on-trend social media initiatives.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and execution, sourcing and vetting qualified creators and partners based on demographics and performance data, negotiating partnership terms, and issuing clear creator campaign briefs.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with both clients and creative talent, leading kick-off calls, managing day-to-day corporate communications, and providing excellent customer service.
- Analyse campaign performance and metrics, formatting performance data to generate actionable insights and identifying potential expansion or upselling opportunities for senior leadership.
- Optimize program delivery and budgets to consistently meet client deadlines and revenue goals, while designing innovative creator incentive programs (such as flat fees and performance-based rewards).
- Collaborate across internal teams, including community support, sales, product, marketing, and client success—to ensure local influencer and affiliate strategies align with overarching business goals.
- 1+ years of experience in client-facing roles such as customer success, account management, or influencer/social media marketing (experience working within an agency is a big plus).
- Fluency in both Italian and English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills to successfully support local clients and coordinate with global internal teams.
- A solid understanding of the creator economy, with a genuine interest in social media trends and helping brands build authentic, performance-led relationships with creators.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, allowing you to build trust quickly with corporate clients, marketing agencies, and creative talent.
- A collaborative and adaptable approach, eager to wear multiple hats, support colleagues, and grow alongside a high-performing local team of 6.
- Prior experience working within a digital advertising agency or a fast-paced SaaS/tech environment.
- Familiarity with the impact.com platform or other partnership management technologies.
