Software Developer:
TXT InfraWise, a company of the TXT Group, is seeking two Software Developers to join the company as Software Developer Specialist & Software Developer Professional.
The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and customizing software solutions for clients, working closely with the Solution Architect and the rest of the project team.
In addition, the candidate will work within teams that adopt Agile, DevOps, and Lean practices, ensuring constant collaboration between development and business to accelerate the response to customer needs and maintain high quality over time.
Main responsibilities:
Software Developer Specialist
Participate in the technical design and implementation of solutions, ensuring code quality, security, and scalability;
Develop backend and frontend components and services, with a focus on reusability and long-term maintainability;
Support junior colleagues in their technical development while adhering to the architectural guidelines defined by the Solution Architect.
For the Software Developer Professional role, the following responsibilities are added:
Apply and promote DevOps and Lean practices, contributing to the standardization and automation of development processes;
Collaborate with analysts and business stakeholders to refine requirements and translate them into effective application solutions.
Required technical skills:
Software Developer Specialist
Excellent knowledge of React.js and Node.js;
Good knowledge of modern development environments, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of backend programming languages (GoLang).
For the Software Developer Professional role, in addition to the skills described above, the following skills are required:
Experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs, managing HttpRequests, and using WebSockets;
Experience with Docker/Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure;
Interest in the automation and optimization of DevOps processes;
Ability to refactor and optimize application performance.
The profile is rounded out by technical leadership and a collaborative spirit, along with strong analytical skills, autonomy, and a results-oriented mindset, as well as clear and proactive communication within the team.
Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.

The contract offered for this position is permanent, and the salary range for the Specialist role is between EUR 30.000 and EUR 38.000 gross per year, while for the Professional role, the salary range is between EUR 39.000 and EUR 44.000 gross per year;
The employment relationship will be governed by the National Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Metalworking Industry;
The entry level and salary will be determined based on actual experience and skills acquired.
