The Raffles Milano website is an active commercial tool: it generates leads, supports Marcomm campaigns, and reflects the institute's identity. We're looking for a curious, motivated intern who wants to learn how to take care of this tool every day, growing alongside the team.
About Us
Raffles Milano International Design Institute is part of the Raffles Education Group present in various countries of the world. We train designers, creatives, and fashion professionals in the heart of Milan.
The Role
You'll join a lean operational team with direct access to marketing and operations, where you'll be mentored and supported every step of the way. You'll learn by building: every page, form, and optimization you work on is a real opportunity to grow and see the results of your work on conversions.
What You'll Do
1. Daily Maintenance & Monitoring
- Continuously monitor the site to ensure stability and uptime (links, pages, availability)
- Identify and resolve structural bugs and service interruptions promptly
2. WordPress Management & Updates
- Handle routine technical maintenance of the WordPress platform
- Update core, themes, and plugins safely, checking compatibility before and after each change
3. Layout Changes & Element Optimization
- Adjust the positioning of graphic and functional elements (buttons, CTAs, sections)
- Apply visual and functional tweaks via page builder or HTML/CSS code
4. Page & Landing Page Creation
- Design and build new web pages and landing pages for marketing campaigns
- Follow the Marcomm team's visual guidelines, ensuring responsiveness on mobile and desktop
5. Lead Generation & Form Management
- Create, integrate, and maintain contact and registration forms on the site
- Ensure correct data collection, delivery, and integration with CRM and tracking tools
6. Performance & Speed
- Monitor page load speeds
- Implement basic technical optimizations to keep the site performing well
What We're Looking For
Technical basics (you don't need to be an expert yet)
- WordPress: familiarity with the dashboard and a willingness to learn the main page builders (Elementor, Divi, WPBakery, or Gutenberg)
- HTML/CSS: basic knowledge, with the desire to go deeper to work on layout and style when builders fall short
- Form plugins: even just having seen or tried Contact Form 7, WPForms, or Gravity Forms; we'll teach you the integration with CRM and email platforms
- Backup & security: awareness of why backups matter; you'll learn the practical procedures with us
- UX/CRO: interest in how the placement of buttons and forms affects engagement and conversions
Nice to Have
- Experience with PHP, Python, or JavaScript for advanced customizations
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 or SharePoint
- Knowledge of Git
- Interest in design, fashion, or creative education
Soft Skills
- Problem-solving & responsiveness: ability to react quickly to issues (broken forms, offline pages, display errors)
- Marketing-oriented mindset: understanding the team's commercial goals and translating them into practical web solutions
- Attention to detail: testing every page for full responsiveness before go-live
Retribuzione: Fino a €800,00 al mese
Benefit:
- Buoni pasto
- Computer aziendale
- Lavoro da casa
