WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
As an intern in the Pirelli Manufacturing Excellence team, you will gain experience in a dynamic and international environment, working on manufacturing and efficiency challenges. During your internship, you will:
- Support Continuous Improvement initiatives through Lean methodologies and optimization tools
- Monitor, understand, and analyze technical and operational KPIs to drive data-based decision
- Gain hands-on experience in managing, organizing, and analyzing large amounts of operational and manufacturing data to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives
- Analyze industrial performance and identify opportunities to improve production efficiency
- Collaborate with international and cross-functional teams across different regions
- Gain a global understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial projects
- Contribute to projects aimed at improving productivity, quality, and operational performance
- Strengthen analytical thinking and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced industrial environment
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- A Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, or similar.
- Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
- High level of knowledge of Microsoft Excel (knowledge of Pivot Tables, formulas, macros).
- Strong passion on data analysis and comfortable working with large sets of data in a fast-paced environment.
- Good interest in work organization, process analysis and operational efficiency.
- Willingness in learning programming language (SQL, Pyton, etc)
- Good Knowledge of Office suite (i.e. Excel, Power Point, Word, etc..)
