Italdesign is looking for a Team Leader – Chassis & Vehicle Systems to lead a multidisciplinary engineering team and drive the development and integration of chassis systems at vehicle level. The role combines strong technical ownership with team coordination and project delivery, while also acting as a key reference at cluster level, contributing to business development activities, RFQs, and the strategic positioning of the chassis domain. The candidate will interface with OEMs, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring performance, timing, quality targets, and the growth of technical capabilities within the organization.
Responsibilities

Key requirements

5 years in automotive engineering

strong expertise in chassis and PWT systems (suspension, steering, braking, air intake, exhaust, fuel system)

Education: Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or equivalent
Language skills: Fluent knowledge of written and spoken Italian and English are required. Knowledge of German would be appreciated
