Engineering Operations and Program Manager Support
Job locations: Torino area
Responsibilities:

Support the Technical Manager in all the planning activities, RDA/RFQ definition starting from the technical inputs received by the Section, Engineering or other Technical Managers

Manage possible comments, exception and possible technical clarification requests received by the vendors in collaboration with the technical stakeholders

Support the process of PO creation,

Monitor the invoicing process

Monitor actual costs vs budgets

Assist the Section, Engineering or other Technical Managers for planning purposes

Develop reports for Engineering Operations Leaders for specific topics

Attend meetings and elaborate minute of meetings
Work Experience
- Master degree in Engineering (Management, Mechanical, etc.)

Proficient in using industry-specific software and tools (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Project, smartsheet), previous experience in SAP would be considered preferential

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Proficiency in English, minimum B2 level is required
