As Proposal Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating, preparing, and submitting proposals for both institutional and commercial projects. You will play a pivotal role in securing strategic opportunities by managing the entire proposal lifecycle—from bid analysis to final submission and contractualization.
WHAT YOU’LL DO

Report to the Head of Proposals and the Business Development Lead for your domain.

Manage the full bidding process: analyze documentation, engage with customers, draft and validate proposals, and support negotiation and contract finalization.

Organize and oversee the proposal preparation process, ensuring parallel workflows and full compliance with company procedures, customer procurement rules, regulatory standards, export conditions, and contractual requirements.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary inputs, working closely with technical and operational teams to define solutions and architectures aligned with bid objectives.

Maintain and update the company’s sales, marketing, and proposal databases in accordance with established processes and standards.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of proposal management practices and the development of the company’s knowledge base.

Coordinate, prepare, and submit proposals for institutional and commercial projects.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Master’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or other technical-scientific disciplines.

At least 2 years of experience in proposal management, bid management, or sales engineering—preferably within aerospace, defense, or high-tech industries.

Strong ability to analyze and interpret complex technical specifications.

Solid understanding of pricing strategies, budgeting, and cost-benefit analysis.

Awareness of risk management principles and the ability to assess and mitigate impacts.

Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.

Fluency in English.

High attention to detail and precision.

Proactive and collaborative mindset.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple proposals, including non-standard processes and deliverables.

Capacity to perform effectively under tight deadlines and in fast-paced environments.
NICE TO HAVE

Familiarity with ECOS.

Knowledge of national and international tendering procedures.
