5+ years' experience managing complex projects lasting up to 12 months, with associated budgets exceeding £2 million

Agile Scrum and/or Kanban experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage communications effectively at all levels of an organisation

This role operates a level above single-project delivery - you're accountable for the health of a portfolio, not just one plan, and for the people leading each piece of it. It suits someone who can hold commercial, technical, and people-leadership threads at once without losing track of any of them.

Salary starts from € 47,000 at entry level rising to € 73,000 for those with significant relevant experience. Where you land depends on the experience and expertise you bring. If your expectations sit outside the range, tell us anyway - we're happy to have an open conversation. Internal progression is assessed through a structured process combining a technical assessment and a competency-based interview. The role falls under CCNL Commercio | D.Lgs. 96/2026.
