The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the Controlling function within Louis Vuitton's Industrial Accessories Division. The Industrial Controlling Manager takes full ownership of the planning, reporting and financial analysis process, supporting operational management in strategic decisions and ensuring excellence in control processes.
Define and oversee product costing processes, validating standards and managing variance analysis between actuals and targets
Coordinate the annual budget cycle and subsequent forecasts, ensuring consistency and reliability of financial projections, as well as overseeing the monthly close and production of management reporting, sharing results with Division management and the Maison
Act as a proactive business partner for Heads of operational functions, translating data into actionable insights to support decision-making, and define and monitor the key operational and financial KPIs of the industrial unit, ensuring their cascading and cross-functional understanding
Oversee the control and monitoring of collection development costs, providing financial visibility across the entire creative-production process, and serve as the primary Finance counterpart for Central Marketing during planning and reporting phases
Govern fixed and variable cost control, investment management (capex), and stock and obsolescence/risk provision analyses
Champion and support proactively the implementation and evolution of information systems in support of controlling, promoting process digitalization, and represent the Finance function in cross-functional improvement projects, interfacing with other companies within the Group's Finance community
Actively participate in defining the long-term industrial strategy (3-5 years) by providing a financial and profitability perspective on various organizational scenarios related to future investments and product/process innovation
Define and introduce new controlling policies and procedures, ensuring their application and alignment with Group standards
Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or equivalent
At least 10 years of experience in industrial management control
Proven experience in team management and development
Background in luxury, fashion, or high-end manufacturing preferred. Interest in the product and its industrial specificities, together with the ability of managing the complexity of a diverse product portfolio is a plus
Advanced proficiency in SAP (CO/FI) and reporting tools; interest in or mastery of advanced data analysis, BI tools
Solid knowledge of industrial accounting and product costing
Ability to operate effectively within international matrix structures
Excellent communication and influencing skills towards senior management
Decision-making autonomy, proactivity, and strong results orientation
Fluent in English and/or French; knowledge of both languages is a plus
The role supports initiatives related to development, production, supply chain strategy, and industrial profitability management, while ensuring rigorous and timely financial oversight. The position requires solid experience gained in structured industrial environments — preferably in the Fashion & Luxury segment — as well as proven leadership and team management skills. The ideal profile combines analytical rigor, strategic vision, and the ability to act as a credible business partner towards operational functions and senior management. The candidate serves as the primary Finance reference point for the Milan/Fiesso locations and as the privileged counterpart for the Finance team at Paris Headquarters. The selected candidate will directly lead the industrial controlling team and report to the CFO's Division.
