The Coesia Young Professional Program (YPP) is a dedicated learning and development path for fresh graduates, designed to support your first career steps within a leading global organization through a structured 2-year program. In this role, you will contribute to cutting-edge AI research and applied innovation, supporting the development of prototypes, proofs of concept and minimum viable products to bring Artificial Intelligence into industrial engineering solutions.

What You Need to Be Successful
- Master’s Degree in a STEM discipline (e.g. Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or related fields)
- Up to 18 months of professional experience; internships, research activities or open-source contributions are welcome
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Strong interest for artificial intelligence is mandatory
- Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships and trust with colleagues and stakeholders
- Innate aptitude for teamwork
- Excellent communication skills
- Personal drive and result orientation.
