ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Marketing Assistant supports the day-to-day execution of marketing activities across content, website, campaigns, and communications for the Benelux market. Your mission is to ensure fast, accurate, and consistent execution across all operational marketing tasks, keeping our channels updated and aligned.
You are not responsible for defining strategy. You are responsible for turning plans into concrete actions, executed with discipline, speed, and attention to detail.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Content Creation and Management
- Writing, translating, and producing various types of content on a regular basis
- Publishing and updating content across websites and marketing channels
- Website Management
- Updating and maintaining websites (content, pages, structure)
- Managing and optimizing website content on a daily basis
- Campaigns and Marketing Activities
- Assisting in the execution of marketing and advertising activities (social media, email, web, direct marketing)
- Supporting product launches (content creation, coordination, updates)
- Event & Campaign Coordination
- Identifying and sourcing relevant sponsored events and partnership opportunities
- Planning and coordinating promotional events (online and offline) from concept to execution
- Supporting speaker outreach, coordination, and logistics
- Supporting local teams in event execution and sharing best practices across markets
- Community and Brand Support
- Responding to client reviews across platforms
- Ensuring consistency and quality of brand communication
- Market and Competitive Insights
- Conducting regular competitor analysis and reporting key insights
- Operational and Administrative Support
- Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth team operations
- Supporting the Marketing Manager in coordinating marketing projects and activities
SKILLS
- Native or near-native Dutch (C1/C2) with strong writing capabilities;
- Fluent English (C1/C2), able to work in an international environment;
- Additional language (French, German, or Italian) is a plus;
- Experience in content creation, website management, or marketing operations (1-3 years)
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and content optimization is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure content quality and consistency
- Comfortable working with digital tools (Wordpress, social media platforms, basic analytics tools)

CONTRACT DETAILS
- Employment contract: Full-time or Part-Time, Permanent
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field
- Work location: Hybrid (Como) with 3 days of smart working
