About the Role:
Turin has long been a city where creativity and innovation intersect, and at Contact Artists Collective, we bring that same energy into the world of talent acquisition and workforce strategy. We partner with creative agencies, entertainment brands, digital media companies, and growing international businesses to help them build exceptional teams.

You will play a strategic role in shaping how organizations attract, evaluate, and retain top-tier talent in competitive industries.
You will work closely with senior leadership, department managers, and external partners to create scalable hiring processes, improve employer branding initiatives, and mentor a growing recruitment team. You understand that recruitment is both data-driven and people-focused, balancing operational efficiency with a strong candidate experience.

Monitor hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent market activity to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting senior professionals.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment operations, or workforce planning, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior management role.
