Department Overview
The BDM with financial, sales and market knowledge, duties include working with the sales teams in the region, feel free to build your sales team by hiring qualified sales & marketing consultants, use business relationships plus leads to continue improving collaborations for growth of investors and Issuers on the platform. BDR should have over 3 years of sales & marketing experience, passionate to improve personal or regional sales goals and train new team players by using our National or Global Marketing strategies. The other main duties include developing marketing strategies for the Investor’s growth of investment business in local/regional professional network and promotion of Roots funding to ensure that capital fund-raising campaigns are effective and deliver optimized volume globally. This position will direct business strategies, sales and marketing through team effort of regional managers, BDRs and consultants by collaborating with other firms in developing long term value brand building mission as well as tactical plans to support the core initiatives of the business growth.

Key duties and responsibilities:

- Establish and grow professional relationship with accountants, bankers, real estate developers and sales consultants.
- Develop and coach regional managers on the use advertising media such as digital advertising, social media, blogging, event planning, journal and content marketing, local marketing and email marketing etc.
- Making sure you and your team follows national financial regulations such as local Anti Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Acts; report to senior management immediately upon becoming aware of such incident.
- Championing the active Investment and fundraising campaign as appropriate across the organisation, working collaboratively with colleagues at all levels and empowering them as appropriate.
- Provide strategic and tactical management, set directions, and motivate the regional sales team as well consultant’s team to drive top line, profitable growth.
- Source high quality large projects from any sector so we can match investors.
- Assist the regional managers in campaign advising, implementation plans, engagement activities and promotion ensuring that value is realized for the company.
- Drive the implementation of marketing campaigns that meet business objectives of bringing new investors and entrepreneurs and retaining existing investors.
- Direct and support market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data for short-term and long-term market forecasts and reports.
- Manage your team’s marketing budget and expenditures when allocated and meet deadlines.
- Ensure policies and procedures are followed to ensure compliance across all sales and marketing activities.
- Identify competitors and evaluate their strategies and positioning and devise counterstrategies.
- Hire Regional Managers and or Consultants; continue growing your commission base sales team across your jurisdiction.

Annual Compensation:
Starting with some base salary and majority of the income will be from global sales commission by consulting then depending on experience and value you are bringing to business. Your base salary could be revised annually and get performance base increase.
