To support our Company’s growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic Supply Chain Expediter who will be part of our Logistic Department contributing to the support metrology activities, contributing to the timely availability of materials through structured supplier expediting activities and close collaboration with internal stakeholders.

DUTIES
As a Supply Chain Expediter, you will be responsible for ensuring that purchased materials are delivered on time by actively monitoring supplier performance and managing delivery commitments through SAP Business One.
The activities will include (but are not limited to):

Monitor purchase orders and delivery dates using SAP Business One, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information;

Actively follow up with suppliers via email, calls and meetings to confirm delivery dates, manage delays and anticipate risks;

Update order status in the system, including confirmed dates, delays and early deliveries;

Analyze supplier backlogs and identify critical or high-risk orders impacting production or project milestones;

Collaborate closely with Planning, Purchasing, Production and Quality & Incoming Inspection teams to ensure material availability;

Proactively flag risks related to critical materials and long lead-time components;

Support recovery actions such as re-scheduling, prioritization or alternative sourcing solutions;

Prepare delivery status reports and expediting updates extracted from SAP Business One;

Support supplier audits or on-site visits, when required.

Previous experience in aerospace, defense or advanced industrial environments will be considered as a plus;

Knowledge of Incoterms and inbound logistics processes;

Experience working with international suppliers;

Familiarity with project-based or engineered-to-order contexts.
