Finalità:

Supervisiona e coordina le attività degli operatori di QC incaricati nel controllo dei PF WBBC & Clearcoat assicurando il rispetto delle procedure interne di Qualità e le specifiche Cliente

Assicura il rispetto delle regole EHS, e partecipa alla valutazione del rischio delle attività di QC al fine di evitare azioni e/o condizioni insicure
Responsabilità/Attività Principali:
-
Garantire la corretta esecuzione dei test di QC nel rispetto delle norme di qualità (IATF) e dei capitolati del Cliente
-
Garantire l’esecuzione del PSO (n° delibere vs target), avvalendosi del modello di capacità di QC.
Assicurare l’inserimento dei dati di QC in R12 e messa in OK dei lotti secondo date impegno concordate in riunione produzione, e consegna batch ticket post completed- 21gg lavorativi

Gestire Tier 1

Assicurare che tutta la strumentazione del laboratorio venga manutenuta e tarata secondo il piano definito.

Individuare e segnalare attivamente le NC interne agli enti preposti (Prod, PE, QA, Tech)

Supportare l’analisi della causa radice di NC interne e CAIR clienti, in collaborazione con Prod, PE, QA, Tech, garantendo la chiusura delle azioni correttive nei tempi concordati

Assicurare l’archiviazione e recupero dei campioni di archivio secondo quanto indicato in procedura, garantendo lo stock EXPI= 0

Assicurare l’archiviazione della pannelleria e supporti QC secondo quanto indicato in PSQ 10/01

Monitorare il trend dei come-off, e comunicare al Tech/PE eventuali correzioni da apportare in formula per miglioramento FRC/SRC

Garantire l’esecuzione del piano rivalidazione per riduzione div. OK
-
Garantire avanzamento/sviluppo progetto CID
-
Garantire escuzione degli spot crater test per i materiali indiretti e contenitori
-
Partecipare attivamente alla strategia del team, supportando progetti di miglioramento per budget e crescita del team.
Requisiti:
-
Diploma o preferibile Laurea in Chimica e/o materie scientifiche
-
Conoscenze di chimica e delle varie tipologie di prodotto.

Capacità nel problem solving
-
Comprensione del mercato e capacità di rispondere adeguatamente alle richieste del Cliente
-
Buon livello di conoscenza della lingua inglese
