The BIM Coordinator plays a key role in the process of designing and implementing works with digital approaches (BIM). He or she is recognized as a disciplinary contact person and is responsible for coordinating the project team.
As a Project BIM Coordinator in the architectural field, the successful candidate will contribute to civil projects that will include integrated modeling approaches. He/she will need to demonstrate experience in coordinating, analyzing and verifying large-scale architectural projects.
Primary Responsibilities
As a key member of the multidisciplinary design team the BIM Coordinator Facilities will be responsible for:

Organize and verify the work of one or more operational teams on different projects

Produce reports and progress reports on work and operational teams

Coordinate with architects in other business areas and disciplines involved

Attend and contribute to project meetings (internal and external)

Knowledge of architectural models and management of architectural design information from bid phase to project closeout

Delivery of digital outputs within project teams and information sharing with other discipline teams

Activity level and BIM model management

Develop and maintain excellent team relationships through successful project execution
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in architecture or construction engineering with a grade of not less than 100/110
Essential skills

At least 2 years of work experience in the architectural field

At least 2 years of experience coordinating architectural BIM projects

Professional certification in Autodesk Revit software (optional)

Ability to analyze and verify architectural projects

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software package

Working knowledge of Microsoft Project software
Desired skills

Experience in automating modeling processes and tasks using macros and scripts (Dynamo/Grasshopper)

Experience in teams adopting AGILE project management

Foreign experience (Erasmus, internships at international firms…)
