We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our Global Procurement team, reporting directly to the Head of Procurement.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing sourcing activities, optimizing procurement strategies, and supporting project delivery in a dynamic and international environment.
What you’ll do

Prepare and issue RFIs and RFQs

Analyse and compare supplier offers (pricing, T&Cs, lead time, scope of supply and exclusions)

Support negotiations and contribute to supplier selection aligned with project requirements, budget, and timelines

Manage procurement processes end-to-end, ensuring compliance during negotiation and contracting phases

Collaborate daily with Project Managers, Engineers, Site Managers, and project teams

Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, understanding business priorities and aligning procurement strategies accordingly

Monitor procurement budgets and promote a culture of cost optimization

Define and track KPIs to monitor performance, compliance, process efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction

Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring timely resolution of supply issues

Maintain and update vendor lists (direct and indirect) through internal tools and vendor portals

Ensure compliance with HSE procedures and promote a safe working environment
What we’re looking for

Bachelor’s degree
-
at least 4 years of experience in Procurement

Experience in engineering, energy, or EPC/project-based environments
- Both Fluent Italian and English (written and spoken)

Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

Proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong accountability

Availability to travel up to 30% of the time (company sites and suppliers)
