As an Ad Operations Trainee, you will:
Assist in the operational and administrative management of digital advertising campaigns, contributing to their planning, execution, optimization and monitoring.
Coordinate with different internal teams to ensure the correct implementation of materials and tools required for each campaign.
Analyze results and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
Support in resolving operational issues related to campaign delivery or performance, applying efficiency and client-oriented criteria.
Collaborate in the preparation of performance reports to support strategic decision-making and communication with marketing and sales teams.
Work closely with international teams across different markets in a highly collaborative environment.
From day one, you will gain hands-on experience in programmatic advertising, campaign optimization and data analysis in a fast-paced AdTech environment.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or related fields.
Interest in the digital and programmatic advertising ecosystem.
Eagerness to learn in a dynamic and international environment.
Italian and English (C1), with strong spoken proficiency required due to constant interaction with international teams.

This is a paid part-time internship (25h/week) with a monthly compensation of €500.
