We are seeking a motivated and hands-on R&D Technician to join our team.
In this role, you will support engineers in the design, assembly, and testing of prototypes and
experimental setups.
You will contribute to the development of new technologies and play a key role in industrializing
products for production.
What does this mean?
You will work in an interdisciplinary team developing solutions based on Switches technologies.
Your tasks are primarily:
- Support engineers in the design, assembly, and testing of prototypes, equipment, and experimental
setups.
- Conduct experiments, collect and analyze data, and prepare accurate technical test reports.
- Operate laboratory instruments, test equipment, and precision measurement tools.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure proper lab organization, equipment calibration, and safety compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to industrialize new products into production.
