DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Client Advisor, you will embody the Onitsuka Tiger premium experience by delivering world class service, nurturing long term relationships, and representing our heritage with elegance and expertise. You will contribute to the store’s operational excellence while reflecting the highest standards of luxury retail.
CLIENT EXPERIENCE & SALES EXCELLENCE
Welcome each guest with warmth, presence, and professionalism, offering a tailored and memorable luxury experience.
Demonstrate expert knowledge of the brand’s history, craftsmanship, materials, and aesthetic codes.
Provide personalised styling advice, sharing insights on fashion trends and full looks (footwear & apparel).
Build meaningful client relationships through authentic clienteling and follow up communication.
Understand and anticipate client needs, offering add ons, alternatives, and curated product selections.
Confidently manage client concerns, inquiries, and objections, ensuring a seamless and elevated service journey.
MERCHANDISING & STORE PRESENTATION
Ensure impeccable visual merchandising, maintaining premium standards aligned with brand guidelines.
Guarantee perfect stock availability on the shopfloor through proactive replenishment.
Support weekly floor moves and seasonal visual changes, ensuring the boutique consistently reflects the brand universe.
STOCKROOM & OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE
Execute all stockroom tasks with precision: deliveries, unpacking, labelling, stock organisation, and inventory management.
Maintain a clean, efficient, luxury standard back of house environment.
Process transactions with accuracy and professionalism, following all cash desk procedures, opening/closing protocols, and POS operations.
Ensure full compliance with company operational processes and audit requirements.
DAILY STORE TASKS & PREMIUM BOUTIQUE UPKEEP
Maintain boutique cleanliness, ambiance, and overall environment throughout the day (clean surfaces, fitting rooms, display checks).
Guarantee product care and presentation (steaming apparel, cleaning footwear, checking defects).
Assist in boutique maintenance reporting (lighting, fixtures, visual elements).
Contribute actively to store morning briefs, daily task assignments, and end of day wrap ups.
TEAMWORK, COMMUNICATION & BRAND AMBASSADORSHIP
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, with open and respectful communication.
Support and mentor new team members during onboarding.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Strong team spirit with a luxury customer mindset.
Deep passion for fashion, craftsmanship, and contemporary style.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast paced luxury retail environment and multitask efficiently.
Solid understanding of POS systems and retail operations.
Strong numeracy and organisational skills.
Sales driven approach, with persuasive and advisory abilities.
Excellent stamina and comfort with physically active tasks.
Fluency in English; additional languages appreciated.
High adaptability to various client profiles and evolving situations.
