About the Role
We are seeking a fluent Italian-speaking Relocation Support Coordinator to assist a team of five or more people relocating to Naples for a six-month period in 2027. This is a hands-on, on-the-ground role requiring strong local knowledge, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
Accommodation
Research and compile suitable rental properties (apartments and houses) across preferred Naples neighbourhoods based on team requirements and budget
Arrange and attend property viewings on behalf of the team
Assess properties for suitability — proximity to base of operations, parking, furnishings, internet connectivity, and lease flexibility
Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and conditions directly with landlords and agents
Review and interpret lease agreements, flagging any unfavourable clauses
Coordinate signing and handover process for multiple properties simultaneously
Utilities & Setup
Arrange connection of electricity, gas, water, and internet for all properties
Liaise with utility providers on behalf of team members, including managing any language or bureaucratic barriers
Ensure all properties are fully operational and ready for occupation prior to team arrival
Set up any required direct debits or payment arrangements for utilities
Ongoing Support
Act as first point of contact for landlord or property issues during the tenancy
Manage any maintenance requests or disputes that arise
Assist with lease extensions or early terminations if required
Support team members with general local orientation — transport, services, amenities
Administration
Maintain clear records of all leases, utility accounts, contacts, and key dates
Track accommodation costs and provide regular budget reporting
Manage bond/deposit payments and ensure recovery at end of tenancy
Skills & Experience Required
Fluent Italian and English (written and spoken) — essential
Naples-based with strong knowledge of the local rental market — essential
Proven experience in relocation support, property management, or real estate
Strong negotiation skills, particularly with landlords and letting agents Ability to manage multiple properties and stakeholders simultaneously
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Full driving licence preferred
