To support our Company’s growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic Financial Reporting and Consolidation Analyst who will be part of our Finance Department, contributing to the development of a robust and scalable financial control and reporting environment at Group level.

DUTIES
As a Financial Reporting and Consolidation Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the transition from a single-entity structure to a multi-entity Group, ensuring accurate reporting, cash flow visibility and financial discipline across all legal entities.
In this position you will work closely with the Finance Manager and cross-functional teams, contributing both to operational finance activities and process improvement initiatives.
The activities will include (but are not limited to):

Design and implement a Group cash flow monitoring and forecasting model, ensuring visibility and reliability of short‑ and medium‑term financial projections;

Support liquidity planning and short‑/medium‑term financial decision‑making, providing timely and structured financial analyses to management;

Build, maintain, and enhance Group‑level financial reporting packages, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and comparability across legal entities;
-
Manage and reconcile all intercompany transactions at Group level;

Support the implementation and evolution of financial systems and reporting tools (e.g., ERP, BI solutions);
-
Contribute to the scalability and standardization of finance processes, supporting the transition toward a structured and growing Group organization.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields;

At least 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the aerospace industry;

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams;

Excellent written and oral communication in English.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

Strong awareness of fiscal, regulatory and compliance constraints impacting financial reporting and internal controls;

Experience in audit‑ready documentation and process discipline;

Hands‑on experience in cash flow analysis, forecasting, and financial planning activities;

Experience supporting month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end closing processes at Group level;

Exposure to consolidation logic and multi‑entity financial structures;

Ability to translate financial data into clear insights for management and non‑finance stakeholders;

Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills;

Continuous learning attitude and commitment to excellence;

Flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements and stakeholder needs;

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, working under tight deadlines;

ADDITIONAL ASSETS

Previous experience in the aerospace industry or in highly regulated industrial contexts (aerospace, defense, automotive, or similar);

Previous experience in Group or multi‑company accounting environments;

Experience in Group reporting and consolidation processes;

Familiarity with ERP systems and Business Intelligence tools;

Exposure to fast‑growing or complex organizational environments.
