Your role and responsibilities:
As our organization is becoming an independent company and has been on a major digital transformation, we are looking for a tech-savvy HR Generalist to join our Italian HR team based at Sesto San Giovanni. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between traditional HR operations and our future-state HR model.You will be at the heart of leveraging our core platforms such as Workday, Cornerstone, and ServiceNow, ensuring that our HR Administration, Payroll, and Learning processes remain seamless and compliant during this evolution.

You will be mainly accountable for:
Legge 68/1999: Ensure compliance with obligations related to targeted placement (collocamento mirato) and management of reserved quotas required under Italian Law 68/1999, based on company size. Collaborate with Public Employment Centers (Centri per l’Impiego) for nominative or numerical hiring processes and targeted placement procedure
Training activities: Provide administrative support to employee learning and training activities, together with local HR Business Partner, including scheduling courses, tracking attendance, and managing training documentation.
Qualifications for the role:
3–5 years in an HR Generalist or HR Admin role within the Italian market.
High proficiency in HRIS; experience with Workday, Cornerstone, or ServiceNow is a massive plus.
Proven track record in managing funded training and navigating government portals.
Strong understanding of Italian payroll variables and experience managing outsourced vendors.
Native-level Italian and professional fluency in English.
Change-oriented, analytical, and comfortable in a fast-paced "transformation" environment.
