As part of our continued international growth, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Director to lead our global marketing organization and support the next phase of business expansion.
The Role
The Marketing Director will be responsible for defining and executing the global marketing strategy across all business units, products, and regions.
This role requires a highly commercial and results-driven leader capable of building brand awareness, generating demand, supporting channel growth, and accelerating revenue generation across international markets.
The successful candidate will lead all marketing activities including corporate marketing, product marketing, digital marketing, channel marketing, communications, events, demand generation, CRM, and marketing operations.
Working closely with Sales, Product Management, Business Development, and Executive Leadership, the Marketing Director will play a critical role in strengthening Matica's market position and supporting the company's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Develop and execute the global marketing strategy aligned with corporate objectives and growth plans.
- Define market positioning, messaging, and value propositions across all business lines.
- Identify new market opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive threats.
- Support executive leadership in strategic planning and market expansion initiatives.
Brand Development & Corporate Communications
- Strengthen and evolve the Matica, Fintec, and Identis brands globally.
- Ensure consistency across all communications, campaigns, and customer touchpoints.
- Manage public relations, media relations, analyst engagement, and corporate communications activities.
- Drive thought leadership initiatives within identity, payments, biometrics, and secure credential markets.
Demand Generation & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute integrated marketing programs to generate qualified leads and accelerate pipeline growth.
- Partner closely with Sales teams to improve lead conversion and revenue contribution.
- Implement account-based marketing (ABM) and targeted demand generation initiatives.
- Establish performance metrics and continuously optimize campaign effectiveness.
Product Marketing
- Lead product positioning, messaging, launches, and go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with Product Management to define competitive differentiation and market requirements.
- Develop sales enablement tools, presentations, case studies, white papers, videos, and customer success stories.
Channel & Partner Marketing
- Define and manage global partner marketing programs.
- Support distributors, resellers, system integrators, and strategic partners with marketing initiatives and co-marketing opportunities.
- Develop channel engagement programs, partner communications, and enablement materials.
- Measure partner marketing effectiveness and ROI.
Digital Marketing & Marketing Operations
- Lead digital marketing strategy including website, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and marketing automation.
- Oversee CRM strategy, governance, development, and adoption across the organization.
- Leverage analytics and business intelligence to improve decision-making and marketing performance.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives within the marketing function.
Events & Industry Engagement
- Define and manage the global events strategy.
- Oversee participation in international exhibitions, conferences, industry forums, and customer events.
- Maximize brand visibility and lead generation opportunities through event activities.
Leadership & Team Management
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing international marketing team.
- Establish clear objectives, KPIs, and development plans.
- Foster collaboration across departments and geographies.
- Manage external agencies, suppliers, and marketing service providers.
Budget & Performance Management
- Develop and manage the global marketing budget.
- Measure ROI and business impact across all marketing investments.
- Provide regular performance reporting to executive management.
Qualifications & Experience
- About10 years of progressive marketing experience, including senior leadership responsibilities.
- Proven success in international B2B technology companies.
- Experience in one or more of the following sectors is highly desirable:

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
