International design and innovation practice CRA-Carlo Ratti Associati is seeking a Press Officer to join CRA Think—the in-house unit dedicated to advancing the studio’s vision and supporting Carlo Ratti’s role as a public intellectual.
This is an exciting opportunity suited to applicants of all experience levels—including recent graduates—who are passionate about writing, architecture, cities, technology, and ideas. You’ll contribute to English-language, long-form content, while working at the intersection of design and communication.

What you’ll do:
- Liaise with international journalists and handle media requests related to CRA’s ongoing projects
- Write and edit press releases, interviews, and op-eds
- Research and craft journalistic texts and internal/external communications
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to tell compelling stories about the future of the built environment

What we’re looking for:
- Mother-tongue level English fluency (mandatory); other languages are a plus
- Strong writing and editorial skills
- A curious, adaptable mind with a passion for architecture, design, innovation, or public discourse
- Backgrounds in journalism, communications, urbanism, technology, AI, education, philosophy, politics, or climate studies are especially welcome
- Familiarity with social media and/or graphic design tools is a plus, but not required
- Must be eligible to work in the Schengen area
