A private family based in the Florence area is seeking a hands-on, proactive Housekeeper to join their team.
Overview:
We are looking for a professional Housekeeper to join a dynamic team; someone who can start immediately to support the setup and day-to-day running of the property.
This is a busy household and the family values high standards yet prefers a non-formal service style.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily cleaning and upkeep of the home
- Resetting and organizing spaces throughout the day
- Supporting the smooth running of a busy family household
- Maintaining high cleaning standards (care for materials, stain treatment, etc.)
- Working within and maintaining established household systems
- Organizing children’s clothes and belongings (everything is labeled and structured)
- Assisting with general household tasks as needed
Candidate Profile
- Hands-on, flexible, and positive, all rounder mentality
- Comfortable working in a small team environment
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Able to follow and improve systems / create SOPs where needed
- Discreet, reliable, and happy in an informal household
- Proven experience in UHNW household is required for this role
- We are looking for local candidates who can commute to the property.
