Within CODIFI, our Logistics and Distribution Department drives the strategic flow of Menarini Group products across our warehouse network. Our daily mission is clear and essential: ensuring seamless, nationwide delivery to wholesalers, pharmacies, and hospitals.

Main Activities & Responsibilities:
In this role, you will learn how international pharma logistics works, develop your skills, and see how your daily work helps keep healthcare supplies moving across the country. Your day-to-day journey will include:

Stock Management & Supply Continuity: Partnering with the Supply Chain and planning teams to replenish regional warehouses, monitor stock levels, and prevent product shortages.

Inventory & Systems Alignment: Conducting inventory checks, managing accounting movements, and ensuring our management systems are perfectly aligned with physical stock.

Stakeholder & Depot Collaboration: Serving as a key point of contact for external warehouses and Menarini Group companies through regular stock alignment meetings.

Operations & Communications: Managing official database communications regarding product availability and partnering with interdepartmental teams to successfully navigate and execute contract renewals.

Sales Tracking & Analytics: Monitoring daily sales and warehouse invoices to analyze averages, identify potential criticalities, and optimize distribution.

Cross-Functional Projects & Audits: Collaborating on new warehouse projects and participating in periodical business trips for physical inventory audits.
Job Requirements:

Educational Background: A university degree in Economics, Management Engineering, o related fields.-
Prior experience in logistics or supply chain operations is considered a plus.

Analytical Skills & Precision: A meticulous, data-driven approach. You will utilize these skills to accurately track logistics data, generate key reports, and monitor daily sales trends.

Communication & Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain effective professional relationships with internal departments, Group Companies, and external partners.

Technical Proficiency: Solid knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite. Familiarity with SAP or AS400 platforms is highly advantageous.

Language Proficiency: Native or bilingual Italian, with a solid knowledge of English (B2 level or higher, written and spoken) to operate effectively within an international corporate environment.
The selected candidate will be employed under Category D in accordance with the provisions of the current National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for the Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry, including all applicable contractual and remuneration terms, and in compliance with Legislative Decree No. 96/2026.
