Meet our Team
Deposits are a part of Mambu SaaS banking platform core. As Mambu rapidly expands into different regions all over the world, we are keeping pace and introducing new features, like “Negative interest tiered by bands” for German banks, “Maximum balance” (which can be increased as client provides more information) for Chile, or “sub-accounts” for N26 (customer similar to Revolut). With the tenet “We build it, we ship it, we own it!”. The mission of the Deposits Team is to build business features, with high emphasis on scalability, sustainability and quality, while constantly improving technical architecture to sustain growth. Also, we have an interesting challenge ahead, introducing asynchronous APIs to early adopters.
The team is operating in an entirely JAVA based (db mySQL) API-centric solution, within Mambu product core, hosted on AWS and Google Cloud (working on becoming cloud-agnostic).
Things you will definitely like about our team: we are not supporting the business - we are the business! We don't have a requirement to track and register spent work hours. And we can take 2 paid learning days per month to get better at what we do.
What you’ll do:
- Take ownership of customer issues reported while on-call and manage the problems through to resolution

Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues

Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams

Provide prompt and accurate technical feedback to customers if requested

Follow the SLA for issues with respect to the severity

Build customer-oriented features, technical improvements and contribute in developing POCs/MVPs

Write functional and integration tests and be fully responsible for the quality of an end-result

The base salary for this position is €5800 gross (before taxes) monthly. This is a full-time equivalent target rate for Lithuania only. Actual rate offered will vary depending on the nature of the role and the breadth of skills and expertise the candidate brings to the role relative to existing Mambuvians.
