Il/la Tecnico Services Senior - Distribuzione Elettrica (BT/MT) è un/una tecnico-trasfertista esperto/a.
La persona presterà assistenza tecnica e manutentiva presso i siti dei nostri clienti distribuiti su tutto il territorio italiano e occasionalmente all'estero, diventando un vero e proprio punto di riferimento.
Si occuperà di attività di installazione, manutenzione, analisi, risoluzioni guasti, ammodernamenti di apparecchiature di distribuzione elettrica (quadri, interruttori e relè di protezione MT e BT).
Di che cosa ti occuperai?

Fornire assistenza tecnica e/o interventi di diagnostica su apparecchiature guaste;

Manutenzione ordinaria, preventiva e predittiva su prodotti specifici;

Attività di revamping, ampliamento e/o adeguamento di impianti esistenti;

Attività di installazione e commissioning di Quadri MT/BT e dei relativi relè di protezione;
-
Configurazione dei prodotti in accordo alle specifiche tecniche;
-
Consulenza ai clienti e identificazione di possibile migliorie ad Asset e/o impianti;
-
Esegue la mappatura della base installata e raccoglie le informazioni necessarie per assistere al meglio i clienti e diventa promotore del marchio Schneider Electric;

Si occupa di emettere i report di quanto eseguito sul campo, promuovendo la manutenzione preventiva e le future opportunità sulla base delle informazioni raccolte

Chi stiamo cercando?

Ottima conoscenza e capacità di lettura ed interpretazione degli schemi elettrici;

Buona conoscenza e capacità di lettura base di uno studio di selettività fornito dallo studio di ingegneria;

Strutturata esperienza in lavori di installazione/manutezione/aggiornamenti/risoluzione guasti su quadri elettrici e interruttori MT/BT;
-
Ottima conoscenza dei relè di protezione MT/BT e loro relativa programmazione;

Discreta conoscenza dell'inglese tecnico (sia scritto che parlato);

Mentalità focalizzata sul cliente con una forte capacità di ascolto;

Forte senso di responsabilità e spirito di iniziativa;
-
Capacità di adattarsi in un ambiente fortemente dinamico;
-
Le capacità relazioni sia verso i clienti sia verso colleghi e partner sono alla base del profilo ricercato, come anche le capacità di problem solving
