Who We Are
In Settimo Torinese, Italy, is active one of the main production centers of L'Oréal Group in the world. The plant's products are distributed in 30 countries. The production site is a full expression of the industrial, social and environmental values of the Group: quality, the result of innovation and control in production, safety of the working environments, minimal impact on the environment. Between 2005 e il 2020 in terms of enviromental management, outstanding results have been reached. The site is in fact carbon neutral since 2015 and since 2018 is also a waterloop factory, that is a production site which consumes water solely as a raw material for products and not for other uses.

Within our Settimo Torinese production plant, the Information Systems department is the engine driving operational excellence. You will join a technologically advanced industrial environment where digital transformation serves both sustainability and quality. Managing complex systems that directly impact the creation of products for millions of consumers requires high responsibility, professionalism, and flexibility.
The Mission: as an Information Systems Specialist, you will be the technical point of reference for the systems governing our production: SAP and the Apriso Flexnet MES. Your main mission will be to ensure seamless integration and operation of the interfaces between these two core systems, guaranteeing that the data flow between planning, production, and logistics remains constant, accurate, and secure.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring & Performance: Manage and monitor the interfaces between SAP and Apriso Flexnet on a daily basis. Provide timely intervention on any anomalies to ensure production cycle continuity and the integrity of receiving and shipping flows.
- Technical-Functional Support: Provide first-level assistance to plant users, resolving technical issues or functional queries related to daily system usage.
- Evolutionary Management & Projects: Coordinate and implement technical and functional updates for Apriso. Actively participate in version upgrade projects for both SAP and Apriso, collaborating with local and international Group teams.
- Change Management: Support new implementation projects (new production lines, skids, and functionalities). Assist users in adopting new releases by preparing the necessary documentation and leading on-site training sessions.
- IT Culture & Cybersecurity: Act as an ambassador for innovation and Cybersecurity. Constantly train and inform plant personnel on technological updates, functional best practices, and L'Oréal Group security policies.
Candidate Profile
- Education: Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent background with a solid technical foundation.
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced familiarity with the SAP environment and the Apriso Flexnet platform (essential requirement).
- Knowledge of integrated production processes (Manufacturing Execution Systems).
- Basic skills in networking.
- Mindset & Continuous Learning:
- Strong orientation towards "Continuous Learning": a desire to constantly update your skills to meet Group requirements.
- Proactivity in obtaining certifications: willingness to pursue both technical (systems, security) and transversal (soft skills, management) certification paths.
- Cybersecurity: Strong awareness regarding data protection and industrial system resilience.

- Excellent communication skills and a pedagogical approach to user training.
- Proactivity and strong problem-solving skills in dynamic environments.
