Job Description:
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of complex international projects related to industrial control systems (DCS, ESD, PLC, SCADA, MES). This role ensures the successful delivery of projects in terms of scope, schedule, cost, and quality, while meeting customer expectations and company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage complex international projects from kick-off through to final delivery (engineering, procurement, commissioning)

Plan, monitor, and control project scope, schedule, costs, risks, and quality

Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, software, hardware, commissioning, supply chain)

Act as the primary point of contact for international clients, stakeholders, and partners

Oversee the design and implementation of control systems (DCS, ESD, PLC, SCADA)

Ensure compliance with technical, contractual, and regulatory requirements

Manage change orders, claims, and contractual aspects of projects

Organize and lead project review meetings (internal and customer-facing)

Monitor project KPIs and provide regular reporting to senior management

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks

Coordinate FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test)

Supervise site activities, commissioning, and system start-up

Requirements:
Education
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Automation, Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related fields)

Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) – preferred
Experience
-
8–10+ years of experience in project management within industrial automation
-
Proven track record in managing international projects
-
Solid technical background in control systems (DCS, ESD, PLC, SCADA)

Experience with EPC or similar contract structures – preferred
Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of:
-
DCS and ESD platforms
- PLC platforms
- SCADA / HMI systems

Understanding of industrial communication protocols (Profinet, Modbus, Ethernet/IP)

Familiarity with international standards (IEC, ISA, etc.)

Expertise in project planning, cost control, and forecasting

Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar)
