Role
TEKNE is looking for a Building Physics Specialist to join its team.
The selected candidate will be responsible for energy modeling of buildings, both in steady-state and dynamic conditions, the preparation of the Technical Report pursuant to Law 10/91 in compliance with current national and regional regulations, and the development of Energy Performance Certificates (EPC/APEs) and energy certifications. The role also includes supporting the Construction Management team on energy and performance-related aspects during the construction phase.
The candidate will also contribute to integrated design activities for high-performance buildings, supporting the development of design solutions focused on sustainability and emissions reduction.
In addition, the role involves supporting the design of the building envelope, particularly transparent façades, including the verification of thermal performance and condensation risk.
Technical Requirements
3-5 years of experience.
Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering / Architecture / Building Engineering / Construction Management / Energy Engineering
Registration in the Register and VAT holder.
Experience with software such as Edilclima, Termolog, CENED, MC4
Experience in energy efficiency and sustainability, with a multidisciplinary design approach
Knowledge of building physics related to opaque and transparent envelopes (curtain walls)
Good knowledge of AutoCAD and basic knowledge of Revit
Knowledge of national and regional energy regulations
