Position Overview:
As part of the Microsoft Back End team, you will be responsible for the design, configuration, and continuous evolution of CRM solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365, supporting Sales, Marketing, and Service processes. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams, translating business needs into scalable and high-quality digital solutions, contributing to process digitalization, system integration, and the continuous optimization of the digital ecosystem.
Job Responsibilities
Lead the configuration, customization, and enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across Sales, Marketing, and Service modules
Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and key stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
Design, implement, and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, AWS, and Adobe AEM
Develop and maintain custom entities, workflows, plugins, business rules, and Power Platform components to support end-to-end business processes
Contribute across the full application lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support
Ensure solution quality, performance, and reliability through testing, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement activities
Act as a subject matter expert for Dynamics 365, promoting best practices, governance, and technical guidance across the organization
Collaborate with external partners and suppliers to ensure delivery quality, alignment with standards, and successful project execution
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
At least 4 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and solution development, with a focus on Sales, Marketing, and Service
Proven experience in digitalizing and optimizing business processes within commercial and customer-facing domains
Experience with additional CRM or field service platforms such as SAP C4C or Oracle Field Service is a plus
Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 customization, including entities, forms, views, workflows, plugins, Power Automate, and Power Apps
Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and release management approaches for Dynamics 365 solutions is a plus
Solid understanding of system integration patterns and experience connecting Dynamics 365 with enterprise applications such as SAP, Oracle, AWS, or Adobe Experience Manager
Experience working in agile, product-oriented environments with cross-functional teams
Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving capabilities, and effective communication skills
Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform certifications are considered a plus
Fluent English, both written and spoken
Availability to travel up to 25%
