SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE

At Sereno Hotels, we craft experiences that define contemporary luxury. We are currently seeking a passionate Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team and play a key role in driving the continued evolution of our brand.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and results-driven professional with a natural talent for building relationships, a strong commercial mindset, and a genuine passion for the world of luxury hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Support the execution of strategic sales and marketing initiatives across the Sereno portfolio.
Build and nurture strong relationships with travel advisors, luxury agencies, corporate clients, and key partners.
Identify new business opportunities across leisure and corporate segments.
Represent Sereno Hotels at international events, trade shows, and client engagements.
Strengthen brand presence across luxury distribution channels (LHW, Virtuoso, AMEX FHR, etc.).
Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the luxury hospitality landscape.
Prepare reports, presentations, and support special projects, events, and partnerships.

Requirements

Experience in sales, marketing, hospitality, or luxury travel.
Degree in a relevant field.
Fluent English; Italian preferred. Additional languages are a plus.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong commercial awareness and willingness to travel frequently.
Legal right to work in Italy.

Contract Details

12-month fixed-term contract, with potential for extension.
