- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, printers, mobile devices, and network-related issues.

Respond to and track IT support requests through the ticketing system.

Install, configure, and maintain Windows and macOS workstations.

Assist with user account creation, password resets, and Microsoft 365 administration.

Prepare and configure laptops, desktops, and mobile devices for new employees.

Support meeting room technology, video conferencing systems, and office equipment.

Assist with software installations, updates, and system maintenance.

Document technical procedures and maintain IT inventory records.

Collaborate with external vendors when required.

Support IT projects, including hardware rollouts, office openings, and technology upgrades.

Ensure compliance with company IT security policies and data protection standards.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Basic knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.

Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications.

Basic understanding of computer networks, hardware, and troubleshooting.

Strong problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.

Team-oriented with a proactive and service-focused mindset.

Good English (written and spoken) and Italian.

Knowledge of Active Directory.

Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VPN).

Familiarity with ticketing systems.
