As Military Sales representative you will be responsible to ensure proper collaboration with international partners to develop a new propulsion system for military application. The role requires to ensure coordination among partners towards the Customer to support offer release and negotiation in the frame of the program and within the consortium organization.
The role requires a deployment in UK for 3 year-period at least.
Essential Responsabilities
Represent the Consortium toward Customers and being the interface of AA on consortium business matters ensuring full alignment with partner agreements
Lead specific meetings with Customers interfaces as needed on business, commercial, and governance topics.
Represent the Business towards other functions and/or specific forums (e.g. technical, programme, legal/contractual) on consortium matters, ensuring consistent and reliable information sharing and alignment on cross-cutting business topics.
Coordinate Business progress (milestones, deliverables, decisions) and escalate issues from the Business to Program Directors to enable timely resolution, providing structured inputs, summaries, and recommendations.
Provide Avio Aero inputs on business-related matters (commercial, contractual, governance, risk, reporting), in close coordination with relevant internal Avio Aero stakeholders (Commercial, Programme Management, Legal, Finance, Strategy).
Liaise with internal Avio Aero teams to obtain necessary business inputs (e.g. commercial positions, contract constraints, risk assessments) and ensure relevant and timely flow-down of consortium information back into the organization.
Foster a collaborative and trust-based environment within the consortium on business topics, promoting transparency, alignment, and problem-solving across all partners.
Understand and respect security requirements and related implications for business information, data sharing, and document handling.
Support internal reporting to Avio Aero Senior Leadership on business status, risks, opportunities, and key decisions.
Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering (or similar technical field)
Solid knowledge of the aerospace and defense environment, including multi-partner and government programmes.
Proven ability to work and influence in cross-functional, matrix teams and to build strong stakeholder networks.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, able to develop trust-based relationships across companies and cultures.
Process-oriented, comfortable with governance frameworks, procedures, documentation and structured follow-up.
Willingness to relocate to the UK for at least 3 years and work effectively with international partners in a multicultural context.
Fluency in spoken and written English

Salary range for this role: 73,425.00 - 97,900.00 EUR Annual + Performance-related bonus + PDR up to 6000 euro
Compensation will be defined within the published salary range, reflecting the candidate’s experience, developed skills, and overall alignment with the role’s responsibilities.
