We are looking for a Sales Account Manager.
As an Account Manager, you'll drive business growth by converting leads and nurturing client relationships across a diverse portfolio. You'll be the bridge between our services and clients, from individual professionals to large corporations, ensuring exceptional service delivery and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition and Relationship Building: lead the full client acquisition process by transforming inbound leads into long-term partnerships through tailored solutions.

Account Development: identify and capitalize on opportunities for account growth while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients.

Portfolio Management: oversee and ensure the health, profitability, and satisfaction of your client portfolio.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with internal teams to deliver outstanding client solutions and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

Professional Experience: demonstrated success in client acquisition and retention, with a proven ability to convert leads into lasting partnerships.

Language Skills: fluent in English, with proficiency in at least one additional language (Italian, German, or French preferred).

Our Offer
Based on a standard level of experience, the offered salary typically ranges between €28.000,00 and €48.000,00. The actual package depends on factors such as location, scope of responsibilities, and performance. Compensation generally grows quickly as experience leads to greater contributions. Exceptionally strong candidates may be offered salaries above this range to acknowledge their higher potential impact.
