As our new Senior Finance Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting senior leadership through high-quality financial insight, advanced modelling and forward‑looking analysis. Acting as a key business partner to Commercial and Content teams, the role owns budgeting, forecasting and the preparation and evaluation of robust financial models used to support commercial and strategic decisions. The role is central to improving decision quality through data‑driven, predictive and AI‑enabled analytics in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Own end‑to‑end budgeting, long‑term planning and rolling forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy, governance and alignment with business priorities.
- Lead the preparation, evaluation and continuous enhancement of financial models used to support commercial decisions, including partnerships, pricing initiatives and live rights investments.
- Act as a senior business partner to Commercial and Content teams, providing insightful analysis, constructive challenge and financial recommendations.
- Aggregate and manage Italy P&L, Cash Flow and KPIs, producing high‑quality reporting and materials for Senior Leadership and Board reviews.
- Deliver scenario, sensitivity and stress‑test analyses to assess risks, opportunities and strategic trade‑offs.
- Provide timely, decision‑ready financial insight in response to ad‑hoc senior management requests.

Build and maintain sophisticated, driver‑based financial models from first principles to support forecasting, investment evaluation and strategic planning.
- Develop predictive forecasts leveraging advanced analytics and AI‑enabled tools to improve the accuracy of revenue, cost and cash‑flow outlooks.
- Integrate historical data, operational KPIs and external variables into models, clearly articulating assumptions and sensitivities.
- Translate complex analytical outputs into clear, compelling insights for non‑technical stakeholders.
