Cosa ti piacerebbe fare
Supervisionerai tutte le attività di controllo qualità (incoming, in‑process, final inspection) approvando i rilasci di prodotto e gestendo le non conformità
Gestirai e coordinerai le attività del laboratorio Tecnologico & Metrologico occupandoti della Metallografia (microstruttura, porosità, spessori), delle prove meccaniche (adesione, durezza, ecc.) garantendo la corretta calibrazione e manutenzione degli strumenti di misura
Gestirai le non Conformità ed il miglioramento Continuo, analizzando difetti e root cause (8D, RCA) definirai e monitorerai azioni correttive e preventive, promuovendo attività di continuous improvement e riduzione degli scarti
Coordinerai il team dei tecnici di laboratorio e dei Controllori qualità
T'interfaccerai tecnicamente con Clienti e Funzioni interne
Pacchetto retributivo Ral 33k - 45k €, buoni pasto da 10,00 € per ogni giorno lavorato, rapporto di lavoro regolato dal CCNL Metalmeccanico (CNEL C011)

Possiedi una laurea in Ingegneria dei Materiali/Meccanica o equivalente
Hai maturato un'esperienza di ≥5–8 anni in ambito quality/lab in contesti industriali avanzati, preferibilmente in settore aerospace o coating
Possiedi un'ottima conoscenza inglese tecnico
In te si riconoscono una leadership solida, problem solving avanzato, rapidità decisionale e una comunicazione efficace con stakeholder tecnici e clienti
