Role
In a dynamic and continuously growing environment, we are looking for a MEP Construction Supervisor (Direttore Lavori Operativo Impianti), capable of leading and coordinating on-site activities of contractors and suppliers with strong technical expertise and rigor. Construction sites are mainly located in Lombardy.

Key Responsibilities
As a key member of the multidisciplinary Construction Works Deparment the DLO will be responsible for:
Supervision of MEP systems on site;
Daily coordination with designers and contractors;
Verification of compliance of drawings and design variations;
Management of progress reports, cost tracking, and project documentation.
Technical Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in MEP systems or technical construction sites;
Technical qualification (engineer or technician);
Strong coordination and problem-solving skills;
Italian language proficiency required; good knowledge of English.
Nice to have
Experience in Construction Management or with contracting companies;
BIM skills;
Certifications (CSP/CSE, Legislative Decree 81/08).
